With the aim of providing the most satisfying experience for our customers, Clava Maison applies the following shipping policies:

Please note that we are a fashion design and manufacturing company. We partner with third-party international shipping units to facilitate delivery to you.
Consequently, we do not directly operate or control these shipping services. We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot intervene in or be held responsible for issues related to:

Estimated delivery times may fluctuate due to factors such as weather conditions, geographical location, or customs and legal regulations of each country. We strongly recommend planning your order early and allowing extra time for delivery to avoid any unwanted delays.
STORAGE POLICY
Once an order is completed, Clava Maison will contact the customer to confirm the final payment or delivery details. In the event that we do not receive a response through the channels used for the order, the product will be placed in “Storage Status” under the following conditions:

For orders with an outstanding balance: After 25 days from the initial notification, the items will be moved to the liquidation stock to cover personnel and operating costs. The order will be canceled, and the deposit will be non-refundable.

For orders fully paid in advance: After 35 days from the initial notification, the items will be moved to the storage warehouse for a maximum of 60 days. Please note that Clava Maison does not provide a warranty regarding the technical aspects or quality of the product while it is kept in storage.

Final Cancellation: After 60 days from the notification, if the order remains unclaimed, it will be canceled, and all prior payments will be non-refundable.
