WARRANTY & ALTERATION POLICY

(Standard Size or Made-to-Measure Orders)

1. Complimentary Warranty with Free Two-Way Shipping

We provide full support at no cost to the customer (including shipping fees) in the following cases:

  • The product delivered is incorrect in terms of design, size, or color compared to the original order.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Clava Maison only provides direct logistical support for domestic orders within Vietnam. For international orders, customers are required to ship the product back to Vietnam for assistance from Chloe Design.

2. Complimentary Warranty (Customer Pays Two-Way Shipping)

Alteration services are free of charge, but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs in the following cases:

  • Scope: Standard size or made-to-measure orders for products not included in any promotional programs.

  • Service: Free adjustments of 1–2 cm based on the received order.

  • Processing Time: 2–3 days (depending on the product and current workload).

  • Note: For adjustments exceeding 2 cm, a surcharge will apply depending on the specific product.

3. Surcharged Warranty (Customer Pays Two-Way Shipping)

A surcharge applies, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs in the following cases:

  • Scope: Standard size or made-to-measure orders for products purchased during promotional or discount programs.

  • Service: Please contact our support staff for a specific price quote.

  • Processing Time: 2–3 days (depending on the product and current workload).
