PAYMENT METHODS

1. In-Store Payment

Customers picking up their orders directly at our store can choose to pay on-site. For in-store payments, we offer the following two options:

  • Cash Payment.

  • Bank Transfer via Clava Maison’s official bank account:

    • Account Name: Cong Ty TNHH Clava Maison

    • Bank: TECHCOMBANK

    • Account Number: 833968

2. Home Delivery Payment ( COD – Only In Vietnam )

Customers receiving their goods at home may choose to pay in cash upon delivery.

Note: Clava Maison only applies this method under the following condition:

  • A deposit of at least 50% of the total order value must be paid via bank transfer in advance.

  • The remaining 50% will be paid in cash directly to the courier upon receipt of the goods
