MEMBERSHIP POLICIES AND BENEFITS: CLASSIC, PREMIUM, AND VIP

CLASSIC MEMBER

  • Requirements: Customers who have made a purchase within the last 12 months.

  • Benefits: Eligible for all standard support services from Clava Maison.

  • Warranty Period: 7 days from the date of receipt. (Includes measurement alterations, zipper replacement, and accessory repairs). (Please refer to our full Return and Warranty Policy [here])


PREMIUM MEMBER

  • Requirements: Total spending reaches 25,000,000 VND ($1,000 USD) within a 12-month period (calculated from the date of the first purchase).

  • Benefits:

    • Warranty Period: Extended to 30 days from the date of receipt. (Includes measurement alterations, zipper replacement, and accessory repairs).

    • Exclusive Offer: An additional 5% discount on the final invoice amount. (Please refer to our full Return and Warranty Policy [here])


VIP MEMBER

  • Requirements: Total spending reaches 125,000,000 VND ($5,000 USD) within a 12-month period (calculated from the date of the first purchase).

  • Benefits:

    • Warranty Period: Extended to 90 days from the date of receipt. (Includes measurement alterations, zipper replacement, and accessory repairs).

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR PREMIUM AND VIP MEMBERS

  • Membership ID: Your registered “Phone Number” serves as your official Membership ID.

  • Membership Downgrade: According to Clava Maison’s regulations, a member’s status will be downgraded by one level if no new purchase is made within 6 consecutive months.

  • Point Accumulation & Redeeming Offers: Please provide your “Phone Number” at the time of purchase to accumulate points or apply membership discounts (Offers are also applicable when shared with friends).
