  • Production Timelines:

    • Standard Clava Maison Designs: 14 to 16 days.

    • Custom-to-Order Designs: 35 to 45 days.

    • Note: Production times may vary depending on specific design requirements and the timing of the order.

  • Priority & Discount Programs:

    • Priority Support: For orders requiring completion within 5–9 days, a 20% surcharge will apply.

    • 5% Discount: Applicable to customers who agree to receive their order 20 days after the booking date.

    • 10% Discount: Applicable to customers who agree to receive their order 30 days after the booking date.

  • Material Integrity: To ensure the design standards and brand identity of CLAVA MAISON, we do not accept requests to change the specified materials of the gowns.

  • Sizing & Fit: Please be advised that standard-size products may not provide a perfect fit for all body types. To ensure the best possible fit, Clava Maison encourages you to provide accurate personal measurements or utilize our bespoke (made-to-measure) service. We provide comprehensive product details, including material descriptions and size charts, to help you make an informed decision.

  • Color Disclaimer: Due to variations in monitor settings, resolution, and lighting conditions during photography, the actual color of the product may differ slightly from what is displayed on your electronic device. While Clava Maison strives to represent colors as accurately as possible, minor discrepancies may occur. We recommend contacting us for detailed advice on colors and materials before placing your order.

  • Handmade Nature & Tolerances: Clava Maison commits to crafting products according to the specifications provided at the time of the order. However, due to the nature of handmade craftsmanship and material elasticity, a slight margin of error of 1–2cm may occur. For long-distance customers who cannot attend in-person fittings, we appreciate your understanding regarding this inconvenience.

    • To ensure your satisfaction, Clava Maison is happy to provide photos or videos of the product and its measurements for your inspection before shipping. If you require size adjustments after receipt, please refer to our Warranty & Alteration Policy.

  • Layering & Fabric Composition: Our products are often designed with two or more layers (main fabric and lining). Because different materials have unique light absorption and reflection properties, there may be a subtle difference in hue between the layers when viewed in person. Clava Maison makes every effort to achieve the highest level of color consistency and quality.
